TERMS OF SERVICE

Definitions:

“Company” refers to Creg Systems, Inc., a New York corporation with its principal place of business at 1039 Water Street, Water Town , NY 13601.

“Client” is any individual, company, entity, or government agency that engages with the Company for services provided through cregsystems.com (the “Website”).

Entire Agreement: The User Agreement, including these Terms, constitutes the entire agreement between Creg Systems and clients regarding the use of cregsystems.com and Services provided by the Company, superseding all prior understandings and agreements.

Amendments and Notices: These Terms may only be amended or updated by written notice to users as described in Section 3 above. Clients should regularly check for updates on cregystems.com.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS:

The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
