Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Sales Representative for our growing business. If you have experience in sales, great communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, interest in learning more about technology, and a desire to join a hard-working and dedicated team, we invite you to apply!

Job Responsibilities:

· Meet with prospective customers and close sales

· Provide consultative sales and recommend solutions for our customers as a trusted advisor

· Prepare and present quotes or proposals to customers and follow up accordingly

· Track appropriate sales metrics and report results in our CRM

· Assist marketing by participating in lead generation campaigns

· Participate in routine sales and marketing meetings

· Stay current on our product and service offerings, as well as the general knowledge about the industry and its latest developments

· Represent CREG Systems with the utmost professionalism both in on-site meetings with customers and in our office

· Must have strong initiative and ability to work independently to effectively manage their own sales pipeline

· Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:

– Minimum of 2 years of sales experience

– Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills

– A commitment to excellent customer service

– Ability to communicate with C-Level executives and/or business owners

– High energy and eagerness to grow an organization

– Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly

– Detail-oriented, highly organized and able to maintain documentation in a timely manner

– Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Nice to Have:

– Understanding of Data/IT/Networking (VoIP) Industry a strong plus

– Self-motivated and able to manage own schedule

– Strong interpersonal people skills and interest in networking

– Passion for seeking solutions and generating ideas that lead to prospects & sales
