OnCall Service:

Give your IT staff the time off they deserve without sacrificing service levels.  CREG Systems can provide 24/7 "OnCall" support for your business while your IT staff are away.  We will meet with your IT staff prior to the OnCall period to orientate ourselves with your own particular support needs.  Then during the OnCall period you will have access to one of our certified technicians 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We will help to ensure that your business runs smoothly while key IT personnel are out.

"On-Call" time must be scheduled at least five (5) days in advance of coverage period.  All visits have a one (1) hour minimum plus a (1) one hour trip charge.
